YES! Project

This is a brand new concept in leisure entertainment and it will really put Rotherham back at the heart of lifestyle and leisure in the area.

YES! is the largest of its kind in Europe, a £350m project that will develop both indoor pastimes and tourism development. The complex will regenerate a 132ha (327 acre) brownfield site, which will include a wide range of attractions such as an extreme sports centre, a four-star resort spa and conference centre, indoor entertainment facilities, exhibition centre, high tech golf range, restaurants, bars and cafés.

The project is being managed by the development company and property consultancy Oak Holdings Plc, in association with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
