St Ann's leisure complex

The £11m St Ann's leisure complex is being developed through a partnership between DC Leisure and Rotherham Borough Council. It will include a huge range of leisure facilities, including two pools, flume, indoor climbing tower, sports hall, squash courts, fitness suite and dance studio. Work is being carried out by contractors Wilmott Dixon and is due to be finished in November 2008. It's one of four leisure complexes opening across the borough and is part of a £35m Public Finance Initiative (PFI), the largest leisure PFI in the UK.
