All Saints' Quarter

Work has been in progress for some time now on this £37m mixed-use scheme. It will help to create a vibrant town centre and a café-culture atmosphere along the waterfront, bringing together apartments, shops and offices.

All Saints' Quarter, which will contain The Old Market, Imperial Buildings, Keppel Wharf and All Saints' Building, has been developed by Liverpool-based company, Iliad, and is an excellent example of Rotherham's vision and aspiration.

It is also the first development to be completed in accordance with the Design Code, a blueprint for the future being piloted by Rotherham and eight other local authorities for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
