Treo & The Crofts at Moorgate

In addition to the Moorgate Crofts business centre, the neighbouring "Treo" site has been developed by Millstone Building Ltd.

It has provided three units of office accommodation totalling 1,904 sq m (20,500 sq ft), much of which is already pre-let as the headquarters for Horbury Building Services, as well as insurance brokers Jenkinson and Co Ltd, another expanding Rotherham company.
